Fusion Bowl

The Fusion Bowl approaches authentic Chinese, Thai, Japanese & Vietnamese dishes in two distinct ways: as Asian classics prepared with traditional methods and ingredients, and as a fusion of different techniques and fresh ingredients of the four nationalities represented under one roof. The menu is highlighted by traditional Asian entrees such as General Tso's Chicken(Chinese) and Mai-La Seafood (Thai-Chinese). Upon entering the restaurant, guests are enveloped by comfortable seating arrangements, including spacious booths, elegant décor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Marking the entrance is a 14-foot tall waterfall wall. Complimenting the main dining room, the Fusion Bowl also offers: an enjoyable social experience at the sushi bar, a full-service lounge with five flat screen tv's, daily drink specials, a private dining room, weekly lunch specials, and personalized catering.
