Lucy's story

When Lucy's owner passed away, the remaining family refused to provide even the most basic of care for this poor Coonhound. She was left chained in their backyard with no food or water or attention of any kind. She was found and brought into the AARF program.  Lucy spent a week under the care of a veterinarian. AARF then placed her in a loving foster home where she is receiving the treatment she needs and the love she deserves.
